Terrible costumer Service from the incompetent staff who deem it appropriate to gossip about account details with other costumers. Expect to wait at least ten minutes for them to finish talking to each other before acknowledging your presence. I stayed with them for over 10 years out of lack of options, but I’ve had enough of them
